5 Fun Facts About Peppermint…
Peppermint is one of the oldest known medicines, believed to have been used since prehistoric times.
The famous Greek philosopher Aristotle even referenced peppermint and its uses as an aphrodisiac!
In 18th century Europe, herbalists used peppermint for a variety of medical issues, but especially for the relief of digestive issues like diarrhea, gas, indigestion, and stomach ache.
To make peppermint essential oil, steam is used to distill the oil from the plant’s leaves and stems.
Got the munchies? Peppermint oil can chase them away, as well as help you feel full more quickly.
I even had a peppermint party for my 16th birthday that I forgot about until this quiz. I use essential oils all the time and usually only use it for nausea, or to stay awake if I am driving, or for bug control. Maybe I will try it more often. Thanks it was interesting. There was some of those questions though I could have answered two ways.

That’s so hard to believe bc I don’t like peppermint. I’ve never like the candy, ice cream, or anything that contained peppermint. I do like the mint plant, but that’s all.

I just love this oil...it’s my “go to” for anything and everything..and it my favourite taste in ice cream.. candy.etc...love it
