Green Juice Gummies
Ingredient Highlights
Ginger is a potent aromatic herb and a good natural source of vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, copper, and manganese. It has been used for thousands of years in Asia to treat stomach ache, diarrhea, and nausea.
Grass-fed gelatin tip: For this recipe, be sure to use culinary gelatin that is designed to “gel” in recipes. Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder is amazing for many health uses, but will not harden enough to make gummies.
Lemon essential oil is made from the rind of the lemon, not the flesh. It is excellent for both digestion and detoxification.
Enzymes in fresh lemon juice accelerate the digestive process. Even though lemon juice is acidic, it actually has an alkalizing effect on the body.
Made from orange peel, orange essential oil can be beneficial for those suffering from stomach issues such as excess gas and constipation.

I am 63, and I think I would like both versions of these -- probably the ones with the coconut cream more so. And, my 3-yr-old granddaughter also likes gummies but I am not sure she would appreciate the zingy taste of the ginger. After watching one of your other videos I bought a bag of Lakanto. Do you think the Lakanto would work in the gummies recipe or would it just clump up? I have not tried the Lankanto in any recipes yet.
Hi Joanne, thanks for your interest.
Sounds great. Yes, you can use Lakanto instead of stevia. Please know, that this recipe is very forgiving. Feel free to add, omit, or exchange ingredients to suit what you have on hand. Many ideas to make the gummies vegan?
Hi Susan, thanks for your interest.
In order to make this recipe vegan-friendly, you can simply substitute the gelatin with an ingredient called Agar-agar powder. Made from seaweed vegetation, Agar-agar powder has a gelatinous consistency that makes it super easy to swap with gelatin.
