I feel uncomfortable with blending everything, well, except the nuts. It's like we have lost the ability to chew- wait until I'm 99. Chewing releases enzymes, has it's own taste, sense of the pleasure of eating and satisfaction beyond a full feeling in the stomach.

Hello! I have a concern regarding blending the probiotics. I own a commercial greenhouse business and grow organic transplants. I use many microbial products in organic production. I've always been told NOT to blend any living microbial products because you will literally destroy the microbes ... which makes common sense to me. Microbes are easily killed if applied to farm crops, through a spray system that has too much force. The water pressure passing through the fine misters will destroy them. Knowing all this, I'm very surprised you advocate BLENDING any products with probiotics in it.
