Hi Ellen. Kefir is a fermented milk drink traditionally made using cow's milk or goat's milk. Kefir typically has more fat than yogurt, but it also has more protein and more probiotics. Sounds interesting, right?
I would like to try this sometime, so have saved it to my computer. I wish you would put a picture with your printable copy of the recipe. It just helps me to see a picture to remind me of what it's supposed to look like finished, and also sometimes spurs me on to make it!
