I don't know why this recipe only has 2 1/2 stars??? My husband and I both loved it and he's not a fan of cauliflower. I substituted Ricotta for the non-dairy yogurt but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I used homemade turkey broth and did not add lemon oil and used a blender as recommended and it's delicious!! I will definitely be making this recipe again. If I could figure out how I would give it 5 stars.
