So do you sprinkle the mushroom capsules on top or do you mix them in somewhere? The steps of your recipe don't include your main product.
And people if you are really worried about gluten free don't use the oats either. All grains have gluten!
So your people don't proof read very well. Just saying.

Also, the oats used in the recipe are Gluten- Free. The brand Katrina used was Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats and they are gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, 100% whole grain, high in fiber, and kosher pareve. You can purchase them via Amazon or your local health food store.

In order for supplements to be effective, one must take enough of them. 2 capsules in the entire batch of cookies is not enough to be effective unless you ate half the batch or more.
